Southeastern Pet-Vacc

Southeastern Pet-Vacc Walk-up mobile veterinary clinic for dog/cat vaccinations, exams for minor issues, & some medications

08/17/2025

All clinics 1pm-6pm.

--- Cash preferred (especially 1s & 5s), check (w/ID required to be shown), or chipped cards/tap to pay (with a ~3% fee) accepted.
--- To pick up medication without your pet present we MUST have seen each pet within the last year (or have current 3yr Rabies given by Dr. Herron). If not, simply bring them along with you. **Please bring medication packaging or previous receipt to simplify visit.
**Please use the same owner name/phone number with each visit; pets are listed under Last Name and Phone Number to maintain your account.
❗Be sure to save ANY and ALL paperwork given for your records; these are your proof of vaccination and duplicates can be extremely difficult to retrieve. Photograph on your phone, scan, and store the original where you keep other important documents so you'll always have a copy. Having photos of these allows you to have easy access to when your pet is due vaccinations, what medications they may be taking, and proof that we have seen your pet within the last year.

☀️🔥 As temps get warmer, please bring someone with you that can sit in your air conditioned vehicle with your pets while you wait in line. Dr. Herron will walk to your car when it is your turn. This is especially important for large dogs that cannot be held. If this is not feasible please bring something for your pet to stand on (thick towel, blanket, rug, etc.) as most of our clinics are located on asphalt. If you wish to leave your pets in a RUNNING car, please be sure to crack at least one window, use parking brake, and ideally have an extra set of keys with you.
*Leaving pets in the car WITH someone is also recommended if you have multiple pets or they are excitable/nervous/barking/hard to handle or if they may be contagious with cough, loose stools, or vomiting.
