Whether you are having problems or just want to communicate and understand your dog better...I can h I understand how they think and sometimes why.

I speak to dogs and understand what they are saying to me, to you, and to each other. I can teach you who your dog is, what they are thinking, and how to get them to stop doing almost any behavior that is really bothering you. I work in your home with you and your family OR at a distance over the phone using Skype, using facetime with your cellphone, videos you take of your dog. I charge by the session, which is usually an hour long, and the range of price is between $80 and $120 per session.

Met an amazing dog and her owner tonight, Storm and her human, Kathy. We all decided that Storm is going to come day care, and I'm going to work with Kathy on the side.

I AM STILL IN BUSINESS! The Mobile Dog Trainer is coming back! I took a 4 year hiatus after several heart surgeries but all is well now, and I've missed doing my true calling, helping dogs and the humans who love them, live together peacefully, and in harmony.

So, this is my first post in Mobile Dog Trainer FB page for years, I believe. I'm showing doggies resting, and will add new photos of them having a blast at my dog day care. I have 2 new training clients and will take photos of those dogs and start posting only dogs from training sessions.

Tonight I corrected my craigslist postings/adverts to include people in remote areas of Alaska. Anyone really. I've worked with 1000s of dogs and humans, many 1000s of them, and when a person starts to describe their dog's issues, I know almost immediately what the hell is going on in that family and that house. I know what the dog is thinking, and why they are behaving like that. I prefer to be present and do one-on-one work, but I'm very clear and good at working on the phone with a someone as well, or emailing or skyping, using Face Time. It doesn't really matter. I can analyze the problem and instruct the owner on how to use particular techniques to greatly affect the dog's thinking and therefore, behaviors. I'm able to charge for my time using a credit card or paypal. I hope I can expand this out to all Alaska and beyond.

Happy Valentines everyone! I'm happy to announce that 2 days after I re-opened my dog training business for weekends only, I have 3 training clients this weekend...maybe 4. I forgot to call Melissa back...sorry Melissa!!

Here is a great example of 3 dogs (Chocolate, Goofy, Little Red), 1 (Chocolate) with the ball (coveted thing) and 2 (Goofy and Little Red) trying their very best to diplomatically take it away from Chocolate. The dog with the ball is a year old female, and Goofy is a year old male, and Little Red is a 9 month old Pit Bull male. This kind of play together is healthy and establishes relationships, allows a lower dog (Chocolate) to control a situation, which Chocolate loves to do. Enjoy.
