Feline Good Social Club’s longest resident BaBeeZ finally went HOME. 🖤

Over the weekend, bonded girls (mother and daughter), Mama DD & Emily, were adopted after spending 1,211 days and some change at the cat lounge. Their story reminds us that not every timeline looks the same. Sometimes the wait isn’t a setback, it’s everything falling into place.

The lounge was never a bad place to be. It was filled with people who loved them every single day. For Emily, it was actually the only home she truly knew. She arrived when she was just a tiny 6 month old BaBee kitten and grew up there. They had friends, people who adored them, safety, and love.

But every rescue BaBee deserves a home to call their own.

The lounge won’t feel quite the same without these two. Their magical little souls became part of its heartbeat. We’re going to miss them so much.

This is the mission tho, a goodbye that becomes someone's forever.

One year. One street king. One more legend rescued.

Wh**ey was a beat-up street tomcat who showed up at one of Long Beach Felines foster homes in Anaheim back in 2025, looking like he had been through it all. He wasn’t ready to be rescued the first time around. After disappearing for a few months, he came back one day like he had finally made his decision.
No fight. No running. Just a calm little surrender. His rescuer was able to gently scoop him up with a towel and place him into an empty catio. After a year long mission, Wh**ey was finally safe.

Once he was inside, this street king was given the care he deserved. He was fully vetted, receiving his medical care, vaccines, testing, neuter, and everything needed to start his next chapter. During his vet check, he tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) which is common for street cats. FIV mainly spreads through deep bite wounds. No, humans can’t get it. Sharing food, grooming, and kisses are safe, and FIV+ cats can live happy, healthy lives with proper care.�
Wh**ey's story is a reminder that every street king and queen deserves patience, compassion, and another chance. Sometimes the hardest cats to catch are just waiting until they're ready.
