Update on the little Black girl dog from Victorville (Luna). So once we picked up Luna from Corona Pet Medical Center we had rushed her to our Vet (OC Vet Hospital) where she underwent further tests. She was acting very lethargic and appeared to be in distress and had diarrhea. She tested negative for Parvo originally from Corona Vet and once she arrived to our Vet she was administered another ELISA test which she still tested negative. But our doctor felt she had all the symptoms of Parvo and decided to hospitalize her and get on an IV to get her hydrated. The next day they decided to run a PCR test which revealed she did in fact have Parvo and started her on meds. Fortunately it was a low grade and due to her age (not being a puppy) her prognosis is good. Today we are super happy to report she is off IV and is eating and drinking on her own. Her stools are looking really good too. So thankful for Dr. Horn’s determination of getting to the bottom of her ailments and a proper diagnosis. She is in really good spirits and will stay in quarantine for the next two weeks. She is such a sweet girl.

Thanks to and for the teamwork to get this beautiful girl who goes by Luna off the streets of Victorville. An amazing person named Cristina drove yours and spent hours getting her picked up off the street and over to Corona pet Hospital at nearly midnight to insure her safety and much needed medical care. We chose to step up to help, but seriously it takes an absolute village to make this sort of thing to happen. Everything form the reporter, the poster and the many pledges from people just like you all. So this girl Luna will now live a life of love and care. For that we are so grateful! ❤️🙏. The last image is a QR code that will help fund her care. The Underdogs of Love is a registered 501C3 non profit so all donations are tax deductible. She’s had X-rays, Blood work and is currently on fluids. She’s negative for Parvo and X-rays show she has some debris in her stomach, but not big enough to pose a threat. (Likely eating dirt). She’ll be staying at our Vet Hospital (OC Vetrinary Medical Center in Orange).getting the very best care. Please any assistance would be appreciated. If interested I. Adopting please hit us up. Betty the little rescue Boxer is such a sweet girl. She’s coming out of her shell and turning into an absolute doll. She’s available for adoption to the right family. If you are ready for a new family member please let us know.

Meet little Betty. She just an 8 month old Boxer who was pulled from Baldwin Park. She’s very timid but loves pets and other dogs. We don’t know her story, other than she came in with her brother, who we’re trying to pull Tuesday when they reopen. Had we known she came in with her brother we would have grabbed them both, but didn’t find out until after we got her. Ugh! She’s currently with our team member and his two Boxer boys. Once fully vetted and she’s been fully decompressed she’ll be ready for her forever home. Please shoot us a DM or if interested.

Coffee Bean, the rescue from Devore is now safe and in the hands of our trainer Sean . This young boy is very sweet but extremely scared and will take some time for him to decompress. Please consider donating to help with his expenses. The last pic is our Zele info. We our an official 501C3 and all donations are tax deductible.

He only had till the end of today before being euthanized and it was imperative that we pull him.

We pulled two pups in need today. Meet Betty and Coffee Bean. Betty came from Baldwin Park and Coffee Bean from Devore. Both were in need of immediate exit. Please consider adopting and if at all possible any help with donations to help with their vetting, boarding and training would be most appreciated. Best news ever!!! Our longest foster resident has been adopted! Indy, now Honey, has found her forever home! We are so happy for Honey and her new mama ❤️. Thank you to everyone for contributing towards her large medical bills. All that work was so worth it!
