Hello from The Bird Loft! We'd like to share our one and ONLY baby Hahns macaw. Also called a mini macaw. We are currently waiting for DNA results. This sweet baby is available to someone who wants to add a wonderful companion bird to their family. This baby was hatched on April 26th 2025. He or she is still being hand fed baby bird formula and being loved on every day! Hahns macaws are smart, silly and energetic birds. They are a pint sized macaw with the attitude and intelligence of a big macaw.

This baby will not be going home until mid to late August.

These beautiful Green cheek conures babies are one of our first clutches of Spring! Babies are hatching, growing and we are taking deposits on them. If you've ever wanted an incredible bird companion, consider a GCC. They are intelligent, loving, loyal and spunky little birds. The last picture shows an example of the type of toy they like. This toy along with hundreds of other toys at The Bird Loft, are made right on site at the store. The toys are hand crafted by people who know what birds want. They are all made with your bird's safety in mind. Come and check out our incredible selection of toys, perches, cages and food.

This is a big first for The Bird Loft! We have Mustache Parakeets! They are still being hand fed at this time. We are so happy to have these babies and now we are wanting them to find their forever homes. A 25% deposit is required in order to hold one of these special babies.
They can be very intelligent and friendly. A great family pet. They will be well socialized by us. But, you will need to keep that socialization going by handling them every day, like all parrots need.

Please remember we are a full service bird store. We offer grooming by appointment only. No walk ins please. Boarding by calling and being placed on the schedule.

Great update, we have a local family with a pending adoption on Sammy. They are putting in the required visits and everything is going very well. Thanks for all the well wishes and concern for him.

The Bird Loft oftens takes in birds that need to be rehomed. Sammy is one of those birds. Through no fault of his own he has been given to us to find his forever home. According to the family that had him last, Sammy is a 4 year old male bare eyed cockatoo. He was part of a family that blended with children who didn't accept him. They did right by him to find a better home. We now have to help Sammy find people he can learn to trust and love. Sammy will be a part of our adoption program. If you are interested in him you will be required to fill out an adoption application. Also, Come in and sit down with us and him to do a meet and greet. You will be required to come for visits to build a relationship with him before he would go home with you. This is non-negotiable because Sammy needs to choose you just as much as you want him.
