🐾 A little update on appointments at Tangled Tails 🐾

Every grooming spot on our schedule is held just for your pup. When a dog doesn’t make it in and we don’t hear from you, that chair sits empty. Meanwhile, another family on our waitlist was hoping to get in. 💜

So starting November 1, we’re asking for a little notice:

✂️ Grooming and daycare: 24 hours’ notice to cancel
🏡 Boarding: 72 hours’ notice to cancel

Life happens, and we get it! If something comes up inside 24 hours, just call us. We’ll happily move your appointment to another day at no charge.

Late cancellations and no-shows will now carry a fee charged to the card on file. Your first late cancellation in any 12 months is on us. 💜

Questions? Give us a call or send us a message, and we’ll walk you through it. Thank you for helping us keep our chairs full and our waitlist moving!
