Alexis has been part of the GRAH family for almost 6 years and wears quite a few hats around here! She’s our Inventory Manager, CSR, Veterinary Assistant, and Social Media Manager so chances are, you’ve seen her in just about every corner of the hospital!

❗️Important Emergency Care Update for Our Community❗️

We want to make our clients aware of an upcoming change to emergency veterinary care in our area.

Effective September 1st, Hawthorne Animal Hospital will transition from a traditional 24/7 emergency hospital to a Hybrid Continuous Care model. With this change, their emergency services and availability will look different than what our community has been accustomed to. For the time being, we encourage pet owners to be prepared with an alternative option for emergency care, especially outside of regular veterinary office hours.

For after-hours emergencies, we recommend:
Veterinary Specialty Services (VSS)

We understand that changes like this can be frustrating and stressful, especially when your pet needs urgent care. Please know that we are here to help guide you and navigate your options when your pet needs care. If you’re ever unsure where to go or what to do, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help point you in the right direction.
