As a fully mobile service, appointment times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Every pet deserves my full attention, and I will never rush through a visit just to stay on schedule.

There are many factors that can affect arrival times, including traffic, weather conditions, road construction, and each pet’s individual needs and behavior. Some appointments may take longer than expected, while others may finish early.

If you have an appointment scheduled, please avoid making time-sensitive plans around your estimated appointment time. Since I travel from pet to pet throughout the day, I cannot always predict delays. I will do my best to keep you updated if I am running behind.

I appreciate your patience and understanding. My priority is providing the best possible care and service to every pet I see.

I’ve honestly been overwhelmed and have had a lot going on lately, and while I try my absolute best to stay on top of everything, sometimes things unintentionally slip through the cracks. I never want anyone to feel ignored or forgotten, especially when I truly value every single client and pet I work with.

Running a business completely on my own means I wear a lot of hats every day, and sometimes I may miss a message, email, or follow-up without realizing it. Space is very limited. June is the busiest time of year and vacations

Typically anything not listed, if it is on the way from the city listed to alton, I can usually swing by at end of route if I am not full for the day

*Monday June 1: 4-7pm (edwardsville)

*Tuesday June 2: 4-7pm (highland and surrounding)

Friday June 5: 4-7pm (Troy and surrounding )

*Monday June 8: 4-7pm (Roxana to Alton)

*Tuesday June 9: 4-7pm (grafton)

*Friday June 12: 4-7pm (Jerseyville)
