An Important Update for Our Clients 🐾
As our business enters a new chapter, we’re making a few changes to better support our current team and the future of the business. We wanted to share what you can expect over the coming weeks and months.
Effective immediately, our hours have changed as we adjust to our current staffing situation.
Our new hours are:
🐶 Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
🛁 Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
🚫 Closed Saturdays & Sundays
With this change, we will no longer be offering our Sunday walk-in nail clinic. Instead, nail trims will now be available by appointment Monday through Friday. Simply give us a call, and we’ll be happy to schedule a time that works for you. 😊📞
Looking ahead, we’re excited to share that the self-serve dog wash will be welcoming new ownership over the coming weeks. While the timeline is still being finalized, we anticipate this taking place toward the end of August or into September.
We couldn’t be more excited about who will be taking the reins. They bring years of experience, a genuine passion for dogs, and a vision to elevate the self-serve dog wash experience here in Albany. We’ll be introducing them in the coming weeks, and we can’t wait for you to meet them.
We know change often comes with questions, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this new chapter together. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible while continuing to provide the care and service you’ve come to expect.
To everyone who has supported us over the years, thank you. It has been an incredible privilege to care for your dogs and to build lasting relationships with so many wonderful people in our community. Your trust and loyalty have meant more than words can express, and we are truly grateful to have been part of your pets’ lives.
