☁️🍂 WELCOME TO THE COZY CANINE SEASON! 🍂☁️

November is all about embracing the little things that make us feel warm, happy, and at home; and we're bringing that same cozy feeling to our enrichment activities!

From our Turkey Trot and Cozy Cabin sensory adventures to Friendsgiving fun, brain-teasing puzzles, and our Apple Cinnamon Crisp Pupsicle, we're celebrating the season through all five pillars of enrichment.

Because enrichment isn't just about keeping busy. It's about giving every dog opportunities to explore, learn, connect, and enjoy the world in ways that make them feel good. 🤎

Here's to a month full of wagging tails, happy sniffing, and cozy canine moments!

🎃 OPERATION: HALLOWEEN PREP — DAY 1 👻

We’re officially kicking off our Halloween prep, and we’d call Day 1 a pumpkin-smashing success! 🎃💥

🎃👻 October Enrichment is HERE! 👻🎃

This month, we’re getting our pups HALLOWEEN READY! 🐾

Halloween can bring all kinds of new sights, sounds, smells, people, costumes, and surprises. Throughout October, we’ll be using enrichment to help our pups confidently experience some of those things in a fun, positive, and Fear Free way!

Here’s what we have planned:

🏃‍♀️ Spooky Obstacle Course
Crawl, climb, weave, and explore through a spooky obstacle course designed to build confidence around new objects, surfaces, and movements!

🐶 Trick-or-Treat Practice
Ding d**g! We’ll practice calm greetings, doorbells, knocking, and visitors so pups can feel more comfortable with the excitement of Halloween night.

👻 Haunted House
Explore a dog-friendly haunted house filled with costumes, decorations, sounds, and surprises; all at your pup’s own pace!

🧠 Ghost Hunt
Put those noses to work! Pups will search for hidden ghosts and goodies while practicing problem-solving and scent skills.

🍎 Jack-O-Lantern Cheesecake Pupsicle
A spooky-sweet frozen treat made with creamy pumpkin, dog-friendly yogurt, and a crunchy topping!

🎃 Our goal this month isn't to make Halloween scary, it's to help our pups build confidence, practice coping skills, and learn that new and unusual things can be safe and fun!

Get ready for a spooktacular month of enrichment, and stay tuned for information on our Howl-O-Ween Event! 🐾🧡

We’re excited to share that On Cloud Canine has officially become a member of the Cuyahoga Falls BNI Pre-Core Chapter! 🎉

For those unfamiliar, BNI (Business Network International) is a professional networking organization built around one simple philosophy: Givers Gain®. Members work together to support one another through trusted referrals, relationship-building, and community involvement.

Joining this chapter is an exciting opportunity for us to connect with other local business owners who share a commitment to providing exceptional service and strengthening our community. Through these relationships, we'll be able to confidently refer our clients to trusted professionals when they need services beyond pet care, while also growing our network of local families and businesses through personal recommendations.

At On Cloud Canine, we believe that strong communities are built through meaningful relationships. Becoming part of the Cuyahoga Falls BNI Pre-Core allows us to expand those connections, support fellow local businesses, and continue serving pets and their people with the same level of trust, care, and dedication you've come to expect.

We're looking forward to building lasting partnerships, creating new opportunities, and making an even greater impact in the communities we serve.
Thank you for being part of our journey! 🐾☁️

✨Updates Coming to On Cloud Canine Grooming ✨

At On Cloud Canine, we've always believed that grooming should be about more than appearances; it's about your pet's comfort, confidence, and overall well-being.

Beginning June 29, 2026, we'll be implementing an updated grooming pricing structure designed to better reflect the individualized care each pet receives. Rather than relying solely on weight, our pricing will more accurately consider factors such as breed, coat type, coat condition, grooming needs, and the time required to safely complete services.

What isn't changing? ❤️
🐾 One-on-one appointments
🐾 Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques
🐾 Positive reinforcement and cooperative care
🐾 Personalized attention for every pet
🐾 Compassionate, professional grooming from a team that truly cares

These updates allow us to continue providing the high-quality, individualized grooming experience that your pets deserve while creating a more transparent and consistent pricing system. Not every pet will be affected in the same way; grooming costs may vary based on your pet's breed, coat condition, behavior, service frequency, and the specific services requested. We are always happy to discuss your pet's individual needs and provide guidance on expected pricing.

Thank you for trusting us with your furry family members. We are honored to be part of their care and look forward to continuing to serve you for years to come.

Questions about how these changes may affect your pet? We're happy to help, just reach out via text or Time to Pet!
