Important Notice: Holiday Boarding Rates, Policy & Closures

I hope this message finds you well.

As the holidays are approaching, we are committed to making sure your loved one receives the best possible care during this busy period.

Holiday Policy and Pricing
To maintain the highest quality of care and keep our numbers at a manageable level, we have made the following adjustments to our holiday boarding policy:
• Package Restriction: We will not be able to honor prepaid boarding packages during the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holiday periods.
• Holiday Rates: Boarding during these holidays will be subject to a higher rate than our usual prices.
Thanksgiving Week Details
Our initial focus is on the Thanksgiving period:
• Holiday rates will be in effect from November 24th through December 1st.
• Daycare/Transportation Closure: Please note we will be closed for all daycare and transportation services November 26 through November 28th.
We will be notifying everyone who currently have bookings during this Thanksgiving window with the specific new rates.
