Regular grooming can help:

⭐️ Important updates to online booking and client forms!!
I wanted to share a few updates to my booking process that will make things a little different moving forward.

🐾 Booking Under Your Pet’s Name
I am now setting up my Vagaro booking system to book appointments under your pet’s name rather than the client’s name.
When you book online, you will still log into your usual Vagaro account. During the booking process, you’ll be asked who you are booking the appointment for. Please select your pet or add your pet’s information if they are not already listed.
This will help me keep appointments, records, and information organized specifically for each pet.

📋 Updated Forms & Policies
I have also created new client forms to reflect updated policies and procedures. These new forms will replace the previous forms you may have completed in the past.
Please make sure to complete the new forms before your next appointment. Even if you have filled out forms previously, the new forms will need to be completed because they contain updated information and policies.

I appreciate your patience as I make these changes and get everything updated! If you have any questions or run into any issues while booking or completing the forms, please don't hesitate to reach out.

🐾 Friendly Reminder for All Pet Parents! 🐾
To help keep all of our furry friends safe and healthy, all pets must be current on their vaccinations before entering our facility.

✅ Required Vaccinations:
• Rabies
• Distemper with Leptospirosis (Lepto)
• Bordetella (Canine/Kennel Cough)

There have been some recent cases of illness so-
⚠️ Please watch for signs including:
• Coughing
• Hacking up mucus
• Lethargy
• Sneezing
• Eye or nasal discharge

The good news is that we have not had any cases in our facility, and we'd like to keep it that way! ❤️
If your pet is showing any signs of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This helps protect your pet, our staff, and all of the other pets in our care.
