Trapping done on Wednesday night and today they’re finally back at their home ground. There are a total of 5 cats of which 2 or 3 might be females. Can you imagine if they can multiply by 8-12 more kittens every 3 months? I still have 6 more of them at our sanctuary, looking for forever home. Will share pictures of them soon!

15 years of doing this is like a playback movie. Same situation but on a different day with multiple new kitties on the block.

🐈An Appeal For Help 🐈

It’s every pet parent’s nightmare when the cats under their care, drastically fell ill and was diagnosed with FIP together, with a series of other illnesses.
Lola,whom I believed was Chicken furry daughter, passed on to be with the angels on Monday. They were from the same household and she was just a tiny 4 month old kitty gal, calling for help.
A cry of hope to get out from that deplorable rut together with her other feline friends.
Along the way, she was on medication for her skin issues and showed signs of other illnesses,like Chicken 🥹
Her Meowmy have tried every single way possible to make her feel better. Almost 10 grand of medical vet bills, but unfortunately no amount of money or love, could keep her alive. She only gets to experience 4 years of her life with Meowmy K. 💔

Hello, I require a blood donor for my cat. He is currently warded at VES for liver complications and his rbc is dropping quite significantly. He has had 2 transfusions so far and might possibly require a third. His blood is type A.

1) Requirements are:
- Weigh atleast 4kg
- 1-8 yr old
- Indoor cat
- Good temperament
- No existing health conditions
- Fully vaccinated
- Up to date with flea and worm prevention
- Not on any medication
- Never received transfusion before

Dear friends with magnanimous heart, I am humbly requesting for assistance to the medical bills of Isabelle. She was diagnosed with CKD, some decayed tooth, and will need to be on daily subcutaneous fluid.

It is indeed overwhelming when we have many rescues that need daily medication and treatment for their health issues, on top of their daily necessities.

Losing a rescue cat is deeply painful, but their lives represent a profound gift of love and second chances.

4 years ago, Chicken were rescued, together with 34 others, in an extremely deplorable condition.

A product of inbreeding, since day 1, he has been battling with severe skin issues,trichomonosis, CKD, stomatitis, heart issues and hormonal dysfunction.

Despite all these ,Chicken has brought tremendous joy and laughter at LKP sanctuary. He loves to sit on the lap of my mum - she’s been volunteering every day to give some affection for all these rescues.

Being a special cat, he doesn’t bother in fights with his other feline mates.
Just as long as he got good food.
That’s how grateful these innocent little catties are 🥹

The next time you come to our sanctuary, please spend sometime with our rescues who has been with us for the longest time. The tuxedos, the black knight in shining armour, the intelligent tabbies and those with character traits of a mafia 😅

It’s been a whirlwind 2 weeks of solely taking care of them, on my own. I thought that I would be defeated but I made it in one piece! LOL

Being short staff and having lazy co-workers is by far the worst combo to ever exist.
And somehow, it clearly shows that some people can be such a pretentious fake animal lover.

People - Never ever pretend to like cats when all of the daily job scope are met with frustration. The cats can feel it!

Aki, Aiko & Penguin, all 3 of them used to call the industrial area their home. As we have pretty tight schedule due to relocation, we were informed that the 2 cats were victim of hit and run accident, resulting in badly wounded eye and multiple fracture hind leg. While Penguin was found motionless and unable to move at all. He is now paralysed and will need to go for therapy soon.
We seek help from kind humane trapper Damy, who made the time to trap them and brought them to the vet. Their condition needs to be stable before undergoing surgery.
Unfortunately , Aki will need to have his eyes remove while Aiko will need to amputate one of her hind legs. The estimated cost for both surgery will set us back by $8000, including pre and post surgery plus hospitalisation. We have set up this page, should you wish to contribute
