We are a registered charity based in Romania Bucharest with managers from UK, Canada, and Romania who rescue and re-home Romanian stray animals, dogs and cats.Our carers are based in Bucharest, Romania but also other rural areas. We rescue dogs from the Public Shelters or streets of the above mentioned cities and not only that..we find a foster for them locally. There they will stay safe until th

ey are found a permanent home in the UK,France,Holland,Germany etc. Our Local Romanian team will prepare the dogs for their new homes with vaccinations, microchip,passport,spay and neutering and a final vet check and de-worm before leaving for adoption. Funds are needed to keep the dogs safely in foster prior to re-homing and any donations will be gratefully received. Our Paypal is: [email protected]

We want to take this opportunity as the end of the year approaches to thanks to Sue who has stand by AWRR charity for over 1 year sending donations in food blankets treats etc to our local rescuers regularly

Maya adoption was cancelled as the resident dog took a dislike to her ...:(

We are so sad for her
This beautiful girl is still waiting for a home, and it's been 6 months

Maya is 11 months old Shepard/ Lab/ Poodle mix (we have the mummy Bria) and she is around 30 to 32 kg
Her smile is amazing, and she looks like a fabulous bear
She is good with people and new dogs, unknown cats
Rescue dogs experience necessary

STILL LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HAPPY!
IS THAT YOU?
Bella was found on a chain of less than 2 m no food water pr dog house!
She was also pregnant!
We rescued her from hell but we cannot say we offered her a completely different life as her life is still in outside kennels.
Lucky her she is allowed to come in the house from time to time thanks to our amazing foster mommy and rescuer Andrea!🥰
This imagine is Bella playing FIRST TIME with a toy.
Without any doubt she never had or seen a toy and up until now she never muster the courage to take one and play.
Unfortunately this Christmas she will remain in outside kennels but we hope someone special will see her and adopt her!
Bella is 3 years old and about 13 to 15 kg
She is very good with new people and dogs.
Unknown cats.
Rescue dogs experienced its a must if you want to adopt Bella

Our Story

We are a registered charity based in Romania Bucharest with managers from UK, Canada and Romania who rescue and re-home Romanian stray animals, dogs and cats.Our carers are based all over Romania, both north and south , west and east areas. We rescue dogs from the Public Shelters or streets of the above mentioned areas and not only that..we find a foster for them locally. There they will stay safe until they are found a permanent home in the UK or Eastern Europe.

Romanian reputable rescuers will prepare the dogs for their new homes with their preparations for leaving the country that includes passport, health book, registration in Romanian Canine Register, 2 polivalent vaccinations, kennel caught vaccination, defleeing and deworming at least 2 times, ,spay and neutering and a final professional vet check before leaving for adoption. Funds are needed to keep the dogs safely in foster prior to re-homing and any donations will be gratefully received.
