Every moment of my Days and Nights. WHY??? From Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Borderlines, all through the Panhandle, way down to Panama City Beach.. THERE IS NOT ONE RESCUE ORGANIZATION THAT ANSWERS THEIR PHONES. I really don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t know what to tell people anymore. We are a Rescue, not a Shelter. Which, means, that, anyone, I help, I have to take on the responsibilities. Most, of these phone calls are from people coming for vacations or just driving through on their way home. The local ones are the people, dumping them. What is happening here is worse than Puerto Rico😓💔💔🐾🐾☎️ 📱📳📞📴📵😥😓
Hello, my name's …… and last night I was in Graceville going down highway 77 and a little dog was running directly towards oncoming traffic. I pulled over, shoot him down a side street and I saw he was with another little red dog. Um, the, the dog that was running in traffic is like a Chihuahua mix with maybe a healer or something, very, very small, maybe 10 pounder, and I realized that these 2 were actually, um, had been shared on pages that were local recently that they were wandering around and had, probably been dumped. Um, so I was able to get the red one in the car, but the other little one took off. I took the red one and tethered them in my yard, then I came back, and once again, the other one was running directly in traffic, so I was able to get them that time, and I have them both tethered in my yard. But unfortunately, I don't have a fenced yard, and I have, um, several pets myself that are indoor cats, and I just don't have the money or the setup to be able to care for these guys, but I just couldn't leave them there to be struck by cars. So I'm calling every area rescue to see if anybody has a space to place these in foster and possibly get them adopted. If you could just give me a call back, my number is….
