Heat stroke is no joke — and with temperatures rising, it’s more important than ever to stay cool and safe!

✅ Stay out of direct sun from 10AM to 4PM
✅ Avoid outdoor activities during peak heat
✅ Eat light, hydrating meals
✅ Stay hydrated—drink lots of water!
✅ Wear light, breathable clothing
✅ Never leave anyone (including pets!) inside a parked car
✅ Use sunscreen and adjust gradually to hot conditions

People most at risk include children, the elderly, outdoor workers, those with disabilities, and individuals with chronic conditions.
