Inguinal Hernia + Ovariohysterectomy on a 7-year-old intact female Shih Tzu. ๐Ÿฉบ

Part of the colon and one uterine horn were already inside the hernia sac, making this a challenging surgical case.

Thankfully, surgery went well โ€” and just a few hours post-op, our brave patient is already eating.

Cases like this remind us why timely spaying and early intervention are so important.
