We're thrilled to announce that our clinic lobby renovation is officially complete!

​Thank you for your patience and understanding over the last four weeks as we worked to expand our space. We know it wasn't easy, and we truly appreciate you bearing with us.

​With a bigger, more comfortable waiting area, we can now accommodate more clients and patients inside, ensuring a more pleasant and relaxed experience for everyone. We can't wait for you and your furry friends to see it!

We are open every Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 7pm.

Que piensas que es mas riesgoso, ¿un proceso bajo anestesia o tener los dientes así de sucios?

Este campeón realmente era amado, pero su dueño tenia demasiado miedo a los procesos bajo anestesia y durante varios años, dejo de lado los tratamientos odontológicos y no, no era por cuestiones de dinero, siempre fue miedo. Su compañero no sólo sufrió durante años con dolorosa enfermedad dental, sino que falleció por enfermedad cardíaca y renal que fue causada o empeorada por la infección en su boca.

Un proceso infeccioso que llega hasta las raíces fácilmente puede permitir el paso de bacterias al torrente sanguíneo, causando problemas hepáticos, renales y cardíacos con origen bacteriano.

Me gustaría que cada uno de ustedes considere realmente, cuanto pesan los riesgos de la anestesia contra los riesgos muy reales de no cuidar la salud dental de tu mascota en absoluto o confiar sólo en procedimientos como "limpiezas dentales libres de anestesia," que no pueden tratar con las lesiones y problemas debajo de las encías, abscesos, infecciones o los otros peligrosos problemas dentales tan comunes en perros y gatos.

Espero que llegue este mensaje a tu corazón y no hagas lo mismo. Me es doloroso perderlos por miedo.

Linear foreign body

A foreign body, also known as an esophageal foreign body, can be a serious situation and requires immediate action. In some instances it may be fatal if it punctures vital organs.

Our case for today is a cat named Scoutie, presented with repeated gagging and retching. Upon physical exam and palpation of the area, there’s a slight protrusion of unknown cause. A one-shot X-ray was then conducted, and we found a linear foreign object that looks like a sewing needle or sharp thin toothpick for us.

A mild sedation following removal of the said object was then initiated, and it was a threaded sewing needle. It was a huge relief for us and for the owners that surgery was not already on the list as a last resort. 🙂🙏

Big thanks to the furparents who supported and allowed us to do our job to save their furbaby Scoutie. 🙂❤️
