If your dog suddenly starts limping or has trouble putting weight on a back leg, there’s a chance they may have injured their CCL, which is similar to an ACL injury in people. 🦴

One of the most common surgeries used to treat this injury is called a TPLO, which stands for Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy. During the procedure, the knee is stabilized by adjusting the angle of the bone, helping dogs move more comfortably and return to the activities they love.
