🙏 Please support NOAH in his healing.

Noah has been fighting a serious fungal infection called cryptococcosis, which has severely damaged his nose and upper respiratory area. After three weeks of confinement and treatment at the clinic, he’s finally for release tomorrow, but he still needs continued treatments that can be managed at home, along with special care.

Because Noah’s immune system is very fragile, he must be kept in isolation to protect him viral infections. Even a simple cold or mild respiratory virus could be life-threatening. To keep him safe, we need to get him a secure crate or recovery enclosure where he can rest and heal in a clean, protected space.

🙏 Your donation will go directly toward purchasing Noah’s crate and covering basic recovery supplies. Every bit of support gives him a chance to continue healing.

A Message About Pet Surrenders and Responsible Pet Ownership.

We receive a high number of requests each week from people looking to surrender their pets to our shelter. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, we want to take a moment to clarify our mission and share some important thoughts on responsible pet ownership.

🐾 We are not able to accept owner surrenders.

This isn't because we don’t care, it’s because our space and resources are already stretched caring for homeless animals who truly have nowhere else to go. Our priority must remain with those who are most vulnerable.

That said, we understand that there may be times when, despite your best efforts, you can no longer care for your pet. In these cases, we urge you to take responsibility for finding a safe, loving new home. Reach out to family, friends, or trusted networks to find a capable adopter, someone who can commit to giving your pet the care and attention they deserve.

Please do not abandon your pet or leave them to end up in an already overwhelmed shelter system.

Bringing a pet into your life is a serious, long-term commitment. Before taking in a pet, consider:

Can I provide for this pet’s needs — now and in the future?

Am I prepared to face challenges like illness, behavioral issues, or changes in my living situation?

Can I make a lifetime commitment to this animal?

We provide food, shelter, medical care, and safety for the animals in our care, but a shelter, even a loving one, is not a substitute for a real home.

This October, PART marks 14 years of rescuing, healing, and giving hope to animals with nowhere else to turn.

Since day one, we've opened our hearts to homeless, abandoned, and injured animals—dogs, cats, and even farm animals. What started as a small act of kindness has grown into a life-changing mission.

Meet MIRACLE. And yes, her name says it all. 🐈‍⬛💞

Last May, we found her trapped in a roadside drainage, the kind sealed with a cemented grill. It was reported she had been stuck there for weeks. Emaciated. Weak. Skin and bones, with severe skin issues. It was a heartbreaking sight. 💔

We pulled her out of that darkness, literally and figuratively, and today she is a vision of health, strength, and beauty.

A New Beginning for the Rizal Stadium Community Cats 🐈‍⬛💞

For the past five years, the founder of Pretzel’s Place has devotedly cared for the stray cats at Rizal Memorial Stadium and the Philippine Sports Commission — feeding them daily, ensuring they were spayed or neutered, and keeping them vaccinated and healthy.

When an order came to have all the cats impounded, she stepped in and saved every single one of them. All 42 cats.

Many have since found loving forever homes. And the rest, those still waiting for families of their own have been welcomed by us at PART into our sanctuary, where they will be safe, loved, and cared for.

Last night, the cats began their 8-hour journey from Manila to Camarines Norte.

We are incredibly grateful to Joyful Pet Transport for bringing the Rizal Stadium cats to our sanctuary with such care, compassion, and professionalism. Their long journey was smooth and stress-free.

And to everyone who supported this mission, thank you.
Your kindness made this new beginning possible. 🐾💜
