👀𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃:
𝐏𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
1. Pets must be apparently healthy.
2. Pets must meet the minimum age required. Older pets are subjected to check their health condition.
Cats:
• At least 5-6 months
• Must weigh at least 2.5-3 kg.
Dogs:
• At least 6-8 months
3. Pets should be fasted (no food and water) for at least 6-8 hours.
4. An interval of 1-2 months are recommended for pets that had undergone birth and heat cycle.
5. Blood Tests is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED before surgery, but not required.
6. An exact size and secured pet cage, crate or carrier is strictly required for cats and leash for dogs.

If you wish to register your female pets who fit the above description, CBC with Blood Chem will be RECOMMENDED.
Laboratory tests are REQUIRED to make sure your pets are 100% fit for surgery. Please have your pets checked & tested 2-3 days before the event.
If you are confident about your pets healthy and not wish to have them tested, please sign the Against Medical Adviser waiver.
