Take advantage of this FREE Spay and Neuter Program sponsored by the LGU Consolacion through the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist, in partnership with the Sugbo Animal Birth Control Veterinarians (SUGBOVETS).

Important: SUGBOVETS is not handling the registration for this event. For inquiries and registration, kindly coordinate directly with the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist of LGU Consolacion.

VETERINARY MISSION for (ASPIN and PUSPIN)
FREE SPAY & NUETER (LAYGIT ug KAPON)
ELIGIBILITY:
Only ASPINS(Asong Pinoy) and Puspins (Pusang Pinoy) will be prioritzed. These are the most common stray breeds and are at higher risk of abandonment, so they will be served first.
Female must be 6 months up to 7 years old.
HEALTH CONDITION:
> No Skin disease (e.g., kagid)
> no vomiting (s**a) or diarrhea (kalibangn in the past 7 days
> Must appear healthy and active during screening.
REMINDERS:
> Pets that do not meet the health criteria will not be accepted for surgery.
> Owners must ensure pets are clean and safely restrained (on leash or inside a carrier/cage)
>Please arrive on time and follow the assigned schedule to avoid overcrowding.
>No food and water 8 hours prior to surgery
PRE SCREENING/INTERVIEW for PET OWNERS sa mag pa laygit ug kapon only ON JULY 29 , 2026 (WEDNESDAY) AT Municipal Agriculture Office and look for Ms Nonalyn Sasan 4th floor 8am to 3pm please note NO NEED to bring you pets during the screening
