📦 In Partnership with Operations SUGBU

In light of the devastation caused by Typhoon Tino, the Venerable Knight and Lady Veterinarians – Tau Chapter stands in solidarity with the communities affected by this calamity. Through our collective efforts and the generous support of our members and donors, a total of ₱10,000 worth of in-kind donations has been extended to Operations SUGBU to aid their ongoing relief mission.

Our contribution supports the tireless work of volunteers who continue to embody the Filipino spirit of bayanihan, packing and delivering relief goods to families in need. Their dedication and compassion remind us that even in the midst of hardship, unity and service remain our greatest strengths.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to this initiative—your kindness has helped bring comfort and hope to those most affected by the typhoon. Let us continue to extend our helping hands and stand as one for our fellow Cebuanos. Together, we can help Cebu rise again.

The VKV–VLV Tau Chapter has successfully conducted a donation drive dedicated to the victims of Typhoon Tino. In our continued effort to uphold transparency and accountability, we are sharing the official liquidation report for this relief initiative.

Through your heartfelt generosity and support, a Grand Total of ₱10,800 was raised. The amount was utilized for the purchase of essential relief goods such as water, food, hygiene products, and transportation expenses, ensuring that aid reached those who needed it most.

Again, we extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed, volunteered, and stood with us in this act of compassion and solidarity. Your trust is our driving force. Together, we continue to live by our shared values of Service, Camaraderie, and Compassion.

In the wake of Typhoon Tino, thousands of families across the Philippines have been displaced, losing homes, food supplies, and sources of livelihood. Many are in urgent need of help and together, we can make a difference. 🙏

We are accepting donations to support affected communities with food packs, clean water, clothing, hygiene kits, and basic medicines.

- Hygiene items (soap, shampoo, sanitary pads, toothpaste)

In the aftermath of Typhoon , countless Cebuanos are facing unimaginable challenges — families displaced, communities flooded, and lives disrupted. During these difficult times, the true strength of our community shines through acts of kindness and compassion.

Through 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨, Southwestern University PHINMA stands in solidarity with those affected. We are mobilizing efforts to provide much-needed support, and you can be part of this mission to help rebuild lives.

A proud moment for the VKV–VLV Tau Chapter as we celebrate one of our renowned alumni, Dr. Ging Berdon, Medical Director of Animal Kingdom Veterinary Hospital, for being among the distinguished speakers at the 23rd Annual Scientific Conference of the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association – Central Visayas Chapter.

Her insightful lectures on Diaphragmatic Hernias and Diagnostic Imaging exemplify her commitment to advancing veterinary medicine and paying forward the knowledge and mentorship she has gained through years of dedicated practice and overseas training.

We are proud that Dr. Ging Berdon, Medical Director of Animal Kingdom Veterinary Hospital, was among the speakers, delivering two lectures on Diaphragmatic Hernias and Diagnostic Imaging to colleagues from across the region.

Dr. Berdon is deeply honored to have shared her knowledge in surgery and diagnostic imaging—continuing to pay forward the training and mentorship she received overseas, and contributing to the advancement of small animal practice in the Philippines.
