Proud to announce that Groomer Tela will soon be starting his Asian Style Grooming Course at Starwood Arts of Dog Grooming School in Thailand.
Starwood is the number one grooming school in Thailand and accredited by the Thailand Ministry of Education.
Starwood’s teacher Sathit Suratphiphit and students have been champions in international Grooming competitions. Sathit also holds seminars regularly in the United States and Europe.

This was last night.
The AKVH and Zooey Pets Doctors regularly hold meetings to echo what they have learned in international seminars and trainings.
This way everyone gets to learn together and in turn, apply these new knowledge and techniques for the benefit of our patients.
Last night, Dr. Diego Hernandez shared a lot of new insights and info that he learned during his Ophthalmology training in Taiwan 🇹🇼 👍.
(Dr. Hernandez is a graduate of University of the Philippines and placed 2nd in the Veterinary Medicine Licensure Exam).

Cats easily get stressed. They can already be in heightened levels of anxiety even before they get to the vet’s office.
Here are some tips to reduce stress for your cats when headed off on a car ride.

An additional tip:
The cat carrier can be a trigger for stress. When your cat sees it, he knows it’s time to go to the vet.
To reduce carrier related anxiety, keep the carrier in your living room or kitchen, with the door open and a favorite blanket inside. This will turn the carrier into a safe place for the cat to sleep and hang out in while at home.
