The Tuesday pack + Tiny headed out to have a catch up with our mate Mac. Monty,Tiny and Douglas were very happy with the reunion, lapping up all the Mac cuddles and enjoying playtime with his Pack. It was also a good opportunity for some of the shyer dogs to meet another pack and human in a nice calm manner! Unfortunately though we didn’t miss the rain and did get ourselves a little drenched!

Tuesdays pack was joined by Monty’s houseguest Hadley today, and everyone did a fantastic job welcoming him into the group. We kept things pretty cruisy, as we always like to do when introducing a newbie, giving everyone the chance to get to know each other at a relaxed pace. Hadley did very well and everyone says you’re welcome back anytime!

Work-fun-work was the theme today! Starting with a solid off lead follow down, a hoon and splash and an off lead follow up!

Thursday’s pack got to explore our new farm today! We played it safe and walked the track up rather than risking getting the van stuck again, but once we reached the top the dogs had the most fantastic time — so many new smells, sights, and things to explore.

On our way back down we bumped into our friend and her pack, and I’m so proud of how all the dogs handled it. Shujaa and Tiny even took quite a shine to one of her dogs — new friendships blossoming!

We were all enjoying ourselves so much that the dogs scored an extra-long adventure of around 3.5 hours, so I think there’ll be some very tired pups tonight!

Days like today leave me feeling incredibly blessed that I get to spend my time with such wonderful beings in some truly spectacular places ❤️

The Tuesday pack + Twig set off to explore a new adventure spot our friend had found for us, and what an adventure it was! Unfortunately our friend forgot to warn us about the “quirks” of the driving track, and our little van ended up getting stuck halfway up 😅 Thankfully her dad came to the rescue and saved the day!

The spot itself was absolutely heaven and the dogs had the best time exploring. We will definitely be returning… although next time we’ll be parking at the bottom and walking up instead of attempting the drive 😂

Monday hike was spent working hard on our off lead follows, and calmer approach towards the river = a good mental and physical workout for the dogs today!
