Hi everyone! 👋

To ensure clarity and fairness for both my clients and my business, I’ve introduced a formal Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy.

As pet sitting bookings are reserved exclusively for your pets and often require turning away other enquiries for the same dates, the following cancellation timeframes now apply:

🐾 More than 15 days’ notice – No cancellation fee.

🐾 Within less than 15 days of the booking start date – 50% of the booking fee applies.

🐾 Within 7 days of the booking start date – 100% of the booking fee applies.

🐾 Changes to bookings, including shortening or extending dates, can usually be accommodated without any additional fees provided reasonable notice is given.

🐾 In genuine emergency situations, cancellation fees may be reduced or waived at my discretion.

These policies help protect the time reserved for your pets while allowing me to continue offering reliable, high-quality care for all my clients.

📢 Dog Walking Policy Update

Hi everyone! 👋

To help ensure fairness for all clients and to keep providing a reliable service, I’ve updated my Dog Walking Cancellation & Extreme Weather Policy.

A few key points include:

🐾 A minimum of 24 Hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to scheduled walks.

🐾 Walks cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full walk rate, as that time has been specifically reserved and cannot usually be filled at short notice.

🐾 In cases of extreme weather, the safety and wellbeing of the dogs in my care will always come first. If a walk cannot safely go ahead, an alternative service will be offered to you in exchange during the allocated booking time.

🐾 If I ever need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, you will not be charged for the affected service.

It’s Monday so it means it’s ADVENTURES WITH BARRIE TIME 😍 another Monday another moment of what will we find on our walks?

Well today it was a banana peel which he wasn’t to fond of 🤢 me too sir me too! And of course an item of clothing this time a gardening glove which much to his delight wanted to take home as a freebie, he did not 🤣
