🐶 We can only accommodate small dogs
🏠 Your dog must be house trained and well socialised

Firstly, we want to thank the majority of our wonderful customers who continue to treat our team with kindness and respect — we truly appreciate you.🥰

Unfortunately, we’ve recently experienced instances where our staff have been spoken to in a disrespectful manner. While this only involves a small minority, we want to be clear: we will not tolerate rude or inappropriate behavior toward our team. Our staff work hard every day to care for your beloved fur babies, and they deserve to be treated with courtesy.

Please also understand that grooming can sometimes take longer than expected, especially when we’re giving extra care to pets who need a bit more attention. This may cause occasional delays, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
