TOSCAZ is private land in the Pohangina Valley, for the purpose of off leash exercise, giving owners a safe and secure environment in which they can run their dog/s or a pack . Four paddocks define TOSCAZ with a gully surrounding the area . TOSCAZ is stock free, dog free and other owner'
