A+ VET and Vets4Pets New Plymouth went along to the Taranaki Pet Expo last Sunday, to help spread the word about the service A+ VET offers. A+ Vet is Taranaki's dedicated afterhours vet clinic, open only during nights & weekends. We work with vet clinics from all around the district, and are the only clinic with vets and nurses on site all through the night, to care for your sick pets.

We ran a competition, did face-painting for the kids, and had 120 goodie bags to give away. The expo was packed and we ran out of goodies very quickly!

We had two pet prize packs at the expo, and have another two packs to give away online. Each pack contains a pet bed, a selection of pet accessories (toys, bowls, leads) and a $100 voucher to use for services at A+ Vet, if your pet needs us in an emergency!

Found Kitten - From Waitara

We have had a small 4-5week old Male (un-castrated) kitten that has been found on Blake street in Waitara. He is safe & well with us at A+ VET now.

FOUND KITTEN – From Waitara

A 3–4 month old male (uncastrated) tabby longhaired kitten has been found on Rahiri Street, Waitara. He is safe & well with us at A+ VET now.

He is very friendly and appears well-socialised, so we’re hoping to find his owner. He is not microchipped.
