Distance place training.
Today we focused on one of the most important parts of place training, DISTANCE. Teaching your dog to stay calm and committed to their place even when you move away builds real reliability.

When we train place training we work on one of three areas.

• Distance — how far away you can move away
• Duration — how long your dog can hold position
• Distraction — what your dog can ignore while staying calm and focused

When all three come together, you create a dog that can truly switch off, stay neutral, and make better choices in any environment.
