Another Samoyky update. Maia AKA Polarmoon Anastasia, now living her best life in the big smoke. Once again, really pleased to see that fantastic combination of positive characteristics of both breeds coming together! Her new Mummy's words follow.

"Maia is great, she is such a sweety and loves to be close to us and always eager for pats and to be a part of things.
Very intelligent, easy to train and quite obedient.
Barks and talks a lot but understands when to stop.
Lots of energy but also is happy to chill out and lounge in the evenings.
Her coat is getting longer especially around the top of her shoulders.
Shes happy to be brushed especially if she has a lick mat to distract her. "

So I have had a terrible time choosing between all the videos and pictures of Polarmoon Maria AKA Monza. She is a terrific example of what I had hoped a Samoyky would be....
The following are her human's words about Monza's first half year ❤️❤️❤️

"She is absolutely delightful and you were right when you said she’s an athlete. She really is and she’s very strong! She also has a really beautiful nature. So lovely and everyone’s friend. Very sociable and confident.
She does a cute little howl. She has quite the vocal range!!! She is also very clever. We’ve been to 3 lots of puppy training and continuing on with the next level.
She has changed my life so much for the better! I absolutely love and adore my puppy girl Monza🐻‍❄️🩷"

So with a new litter of Samoykys on the ground, it's puppy update time.
This is Bella AKA Polarmoon Olga. Barbara and Dave already have a Sibe as you can see so are well placed to compare the two.
Bella is talkative, like a Sibe and while friendly to all, has chosen her person, like a Sibe.
It would seem the energy levels of the Samoykys are less than a Sibe and the coats are fluffier but obviously not a full on Sammy coat.
More updates to come....

So next week marks the one year anniversary of my 'year from hell' 🙄
I am hopeful that things can only get better from here.
At least I have puppies to cuddle ❤️❤️❤️

Trying to return to normal programming 😞
It has been a sad and exhausting time recently. Sadly we lost one of our horses... 😢
AND I have just completed my Advanced Genetics course at VUW....
Anyway pupdates will follow in the fullness of time. Here to start with is Polarmoon Maria, now known as Monza, living her best life with Karen in Lower Hutt ❤️
