Dinky Dogz Dinky Dogz is filling a gap in the market to provide quality boarding services just for small and to Guests will be fed twice daily.

Guests can relax and be taken care of in a secure, purpose made, thermal lined building with like sized dogs and have their own indoor pen to snuggle up in or romp around with fellow guests. Dinky Dogz is committed to providing the highest quality of care for your pet. Food supplied by Dinky Dogz is Acana ( Orijen ) which is 5/6 star rated on the dog food advisor website. Owners can bring their ow

n food if they desire but there is no discount on rate. Please name the food with both owner and guest names. Sales of both Acana and Orijen now available onsite at Dinky dogz. If your pet has their own favourite food you are welcome to bring that along, we will also administer any medications at no extra cost. Our facilities are brand new and very clean! Comfortable bedding and day loungers are provided, but once again if your pet is partial to a special blanket they can bring this to Dinky Dogz to make them feel more at home. Booking etiquette:
If you are using the online booking form that should be self explanatory however I appear to be getting missing information such as when the dog(s) will be arriving or exiting in OUR AM or PM hours.
There are no random times to come so just plucking noon out of the air doesn't work our end.
If there is some sort of emergency situation we will look at that and take those cases on their merit.
Dog breed(s). If your dog is a Maltese then great say so but if it arrives and is brown and white its not a Maltese its a Maltese cross and should be recorded as such (example only here).
If your dog(s) has quirks or anxieties please say so. They don't suddenly hide that sort of behaviour here and you as owners most likely know very much what their behaviours/quirks/anxieties are.

Dates: While the booking system itself doesn't send an exact copy of your requested dates back to you, I do. Check the dates and whether I have the AM/PM arrival and exit information correct. If I dont then let me know.
Every boarding booking gets an auto reminder a little over a week before boarding. Check that too. If your dates are different then let me know, its a two minute job and saves us from wondering where you are when you don't turn up on the right date and or time slot.

Lastly deposits and payments. Ideally your deposit to secure dates should be within a few days of receiving the confirmation. Not two weeks later or a week before the booking commences if its further away. Same with payment of the balance. We don't offer an after pay service when you can please yourself when you pay. Be a prompt and conscientious customer as we are when we feed, clean up after and care for your loved family members.
