🐾 Cancellation Policy Update 🐾

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a small but important update for my grooming clients.

To help keep my business running smoothly, a new cancellation policy will now be in place. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will now incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Late cancellations and no-shows leave appointment spaces that are very difficult to refill at short notice.

As a small business, this has a real impact not only on my business but also on my family, and unfortunately I can no longer absorb the cost of these last-minute changes.

While I understand emergencies happen and I am certainly willing to work with you in these instances - forgetting your appointment, double booking yourself or cancelling due to things like the weather etc will now be charged with a fee before you are able to book a future appointment as this has a huge professional and personal impact when appointments are cancelled last minute.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you for respecting my time as much as I respect yours — and for trusting me with your beautiful dogs 🐶💛
