This dog. THIS dog! This dog has driven me nearly insane, nearly broke my hand from pulling on the lead, tried to evict me from the bed by force, and made me wish the floor would swallow me up when she’s had a few indiscretions in other people’s homes. Several shoelaces have fallen victim to her little puppy teefies and left a little worse for wear.
Despite all that, This dog is just AWESOME! She’s a bundle of energy that radiates happiness and joy. You can’t help but smile and laugh at her antics. She is a massive cuddle bug who loves every person, loves every dog, loves every cat she meets.
Harper, I will miss you and your big bro Barney the cat. It was so hard to drive away hearing you cry (but great for my ego!). Can’t wait to see you again one day. Until then, be a good girl for your lovely family…and get off the sofa! 😆💞

A busy day catching up with “my” dogs! Harper had to stay at home but not before she got to rumble with Saffy before breakfast.
I headed to the Inner West to see the prettiest Viszlas Zala and Daisy for a lovely long walk around Ballast Point - I had no idea it existed!
This afternoon I travelled to the Northern Beaches to catch up with Nelson, Digger, and Murphy who own various branches of the skin family. I forgot how frosty their beautiful faces had become.
My time in Sydney is quickly drawing to a close - I didn’t get to see all of “my” dogs I wanted to so they will have to wait until my next visit!😆

After today’s catch ups I came home with my face washed clean by Rocky - he was quite vocal about my visit and I have to admit his reaction restored my flailing ego - earlier on Miss Isla wasn’t so enthused about my visit to see her…she hates the car and thought she was going to have to endure the long trip to Colo. Once she realised I wasn’t going to take her away she was happy to bestow a few kisses on me.
Our day started with an explosion of puppy madness, Harper and I went for a coffee walk with Saffy and her mum whose previous doggo was one of my regulars. We let them wrestle off some energy before even attempting to walk them!

A big day of catching up! Harper and I met up with Harley the cavalier who screamed with delight when he saw me. At least I hope it was delight and not horror!😆
Then we headed out to my old stomping ground of Colo to visit a dear friend and doggos Trevor and Felix who used to visit me regularly.
Yet again had leaky eyes on the drive home…🥹

Today’s catch up was with Benji and Marshall. Little Benji is famous for singing the song of his people and I have posted several videos of him in the past for your listening pleasure. No songs today sadly, but plenty of tail wags. Marshall was his usual sweet self. I have missed these little nuggets.🥰

Grand dame Lexie hasn’t forgotten me! Her tail started wagging immediately and it was so wonderful see her again. Harper and I invited ourselves down to the Southern Highlands for an overnight stay to check out Miss Lexie’s new digs. Waking up early to a soft mist was lovely and even better going for a walk in it! Had a chat with the new neigh-bours too.
When we left I didn’t even make it out of the driveway before the tears started rolling down my cheeks. I’m hopeless! 🥴

It’s been nearly a year since I have seen these floofs, but Willow and Buddy went berserk when they heard my voice. We got in as many cuddles and kisses as possible. Just two of “my” dogs that I have missed terribly since leaving Sydney. Oh yeah, it was nice seeing the 2 legged members of the family too!😆

As you may have guessed from the top photo I’m back in Sydney! I can’t believe how lucky I was to get some beautiful photos of Sydney Harbour as we landed. We actually flew over it twice. I have come over to puppy sit six month old Curly Coated Retriever Harper and Barney the cat. I hope to catch up with a number of my previous dogs, because I still miss them all terribly. I’ll be heading home on June 8th. So if anybody needs to contact me, please do so via Messenger or email me via the contact form on my website. Stay tuned. there’ll be plenty more photos to come! 😁
