We require a happy hardworking team member to join us.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys animals and working with them, and who has the physical fitness, and attention to detail that working with animals requires.

Hours required;
🐾 a split shirft - 7.30am - approx. 12noon, and then 3.00pm - 6.00pm
🐾 rostered days which does include some weekend work

In this Role you will be required to;
🐾 care and feed for both cats and dogs
🐾 cleaning of all kennels and cattery areas to a high hygiene standard
🐾 exercise and interact with dogs of all sizes
🐾 monitor animal health and their behaviour and write any notes if required
🐾 work as part a team, but able to also work well independently
🐾 meet and greet Customer's with their cat and dogs on arrival or pickups
🐾 use our computer system and eftpos machine
🐾 follow instructions and procedures

The Person we require will;
🐾 be confident handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
🐾 be confident greeting our Customer's
🐾 be confident using our computer system and eftpos
🐾 be physically fit
🐾 understand that cleaning is required to a high standard
🐾 understand that at times this is a very busy position
🐾 understand that this role is not just about cuddling cats and dogs
🐾 be reliable and responsible, and with a strong work ethic
🐾 have their own reliable transport and not rely on another person

While animal handling experience is preferred, this is not essential if you are practical, honest and reliable and committed to animals and their welfare.

A huge thank you to all our loyal Customers throughout 2025, we really do appreciate your support and choosing us to share with you your beautiful four legged companions, whether it’s for daycare, grooming, an overnight or up to an 8wks+ stay, we love them all and are very proud that our love and care we give to your cats and dogs while they are in our care - they show that to you when you pick them up, and then again when they next come to visit. They tell it all 😍🥰 We love that 😍🧡
