Woohoo! Smalls Wednesday is officially all for the smalls! We’ve grown it enough now we were able to move the last remaining members of Wednesday “bigs” group over to Tues & Thurs which means currently Wednesday is smalls exclusive 😍

We welcomed Corky who has come for homestay boarding in the past and also beautiful Fudgy owned by Kim at Poochy Grooming 🥰 Both fitted in SO well and had a lovely first day!

Woohoo! Super fun Tuesday! A bit overcast but we didn’t get any of the rain Keri did. We also welcomed Cleo the adorable mixed girl with the red long line. Sooo cute and fit in great - she even got Izzy playing 🥰

We also had Paxxy and Harvey join who are usually on my “bigs” Wednesday group, but as we’ve had an explosion of littles have decided to just shuffle the few bigs left on that day to mixed size groups. They both did fantastic!

The coolest Tuesday dogs around 🥰

We had some light showers but nothing torrential and that row of trees is brilliant at keeping us dry! So many play pairings today. Sometimes multiple different pairs at once, all playing really nicely. I usually don’t really allow 3 to play at a time, there are exceptions gbut generally it ends up all on one so the play pair rule works really great!

Will you be my forever home?

Just wanted to do a post for my adorable foster pup Peppa available through Donna Doolittle's Animal Rescue Kaitaia 😍

Peppa is estimated around 7ish months of age and is the coolest wee pocket rocket. I’ve had her for a couple of weeks now and she is honestly the best adventure buddy. Great with dogs and people, super trainable and a fantastic cuddler to boot!

I’d love to see Peppa in an active home who can take her out and about - she’s also always welcome at Vista Canine and I’ll offer a reduced rate for life if you’d like her to come out for days or stays ☺️

We had quite a few dogs off on Thursday so it was a really relaxed end to the Vista week! We welcomed Ruby the red heeler mix who has been on Wednesdays but I wanted her to meet and get to know some new dogs so have switched her over and was really impressed (she’s a nervous case but progressing well!) 🐾

Such a fun and HOT Wednesday with the smalls!

We welcomed 3 new faces - 2 mini dachshunds; female Snoop (black and tan with the harness & blue long line) and male Tau (red with the harness & red long line) as well as Milo the adorable foxy who’s terrier “brother” Spuddy comes out Tuesdays and Thursdays already!

All 3 did fantastic and were super confident and outgoing. The existing crew are so lovely and welcoming any newbies feel right at home ❤️
