NOTICE

Reminder that I am using professional grade equipment on animals that can move around a lot during the grooming process so there is a risk of cuts and grazes. I always take every care to try and prevent this from happening. I will not however, be held responsible for any such grazes that do occur.

New charges
If a dog is difficult to groom and requires extra time or more than one person during the groom there will be an additional charge of $15. This will be added to the final charge during the groom.

If cancellation is made less than 48 hrs prior to the groom there will be a charge of $20. This will be required to be paid immediately into my acct.

If you have booked a full groom and on arriving ask for a tidy up you will be charged full groom price for the slot you booked.

I hope you understand why I am having to put these extra costs.
