Annual Christmas Closedown

Below you'll find the relevant dates to our annual close down, please mark them down or add them to your calendar so you're not left disappointed at the end of the year, please make sure you order enough to see you through the break, Christmas we're always absolutely run off our feet so don't chance it! :)

We won't be able to take any cheeky orders on the morning of the 16th sorry so pleeeeease be vigilant.

Final Day To Order in 2024
Sunday 15th December

Final Delivery Days of 2024
Wednesday 18th December
Thursday 19th December
Friday 20th December

First Delivery Days in 2025
Wednesday 15th January
Thursday 16th January
Friday 17th January

Subscriptions
We will be closed between Friday 20th and Monday 13th, if you have a subscription that rolls over during this time, your order will be delivered on one of the First Delivery Days for 2025, you may wish to cancel or suspend your subscription during this time if you don't wish for this to happen. (same as last year)

Orders During Closedown
All Orders made during our close down will be delivered on our first delivery week back between January 15th and 17th (same as other years)

Contact During Closedown
We won't be picking the phone up much over the shutdown period in order to get some good RnR and spend quality time with the kids, we'll check the email a few times though so don't be surprised if it takes a while for a response

Finally, from all of us, we hope you have a safe and wonderful Christmas making awesome memories with the people you hold dearest and an awesome New Years / Summer break.

Final Week for ordering your petfood for the holiday break

Cutoff is Sunday 17th at 11:59pm (23:59) for delivery the following week.

Unfortunately we won't be able to slip any last minute orders through after midnight Sunday due to the outrageous load we're currently delivering (rough I know, but we're only human).

All orders made during this last week go into the draw for our annual Christmas prize as per normal.

It's December! Which means it's the busy busy busy season for us as we head into our annual company shutdown over the Christmas / New Years Holiday Season :)

With that in mind here are our shutdown dates:

Last date for orders: Sunday December 17th at 11:59 PM
Last delivery day for 2023: Friday December 22nd

Orders reopen: Monday January 8th to 14th 2024
First delivery day: Wednesday January 17th 2024

Over the silly season delivery days may change due to load on our vehicles, as always we'll email you if this happens, be sure to account for the shutdown period this year when ordering before Christmas, stay safe everybody!

Our website update is ahead of schedule and we are live again, meaning you can now order as per usual :)

The ability to setup a subscription is now available for those of you that forget to purchase before the cutoff time each week (haha)

To do this simply open the actual product, select subscription then select the frequency then add to cart
The system is built this way for those that like to mix and match ie

Product 1 Weekly
Product 2 Fortnightly
Product 3 Monthly
etc etc all in the same subscription

We will also start delivering to Rotorua, Tauranga City, Papamoa, Greerton, Mt Maunganui, Te Puke and Ngongotaha from next week

Delivery Days have changed for some areas, please pay attention at checkout

Hi everybody, we hope you are all well :)

Our website will go offline for updates and maintenance from midnight tonight (order cut off time) and will be back up and running Wednesday some time with a host of new features and a visual update.

Some of the features we are hoping to send live include a standing order tool to allow people to set and forget their usual order as well as opening up some new regions ready for the next marketing campaign and growth phase

Hello Auckland Friends, I hope you are all well and ok with the torrential weather and flooding 😬.

With the area being put in a state of emergency and flooding in parts, we are monitoring the condition of the roads currently and will make the call in the morning on whether delivery is possible / safe.

Worst comes to worst we'll juggle some things around and deliver to Auckland slightly later in the week.
