We focus on the all important areas of: physical exercise, socialization an

d integration, along with mind and body stimulating activities. This is a proven formula for a happier healthier and better behaving all round Metro Citizen. As a provider for Dogs, we will always strive to provide the best care and services. We will “DIG” earnestly “SCRATCH” relentlessly to raise the standard for excellence in Doggy care that will help dogs become lovely Metro citizens and enhance the relationship that exists between you and man’s best friend. Our Promise to you:

We will on a daily basis interact with the dogs by ensuring that they are entertained and exercised – your dog will not be left alone and will always have a trainer present. Dogs will be divided into small and large and they are with their handler constantly. This provides balance to the dog making them enjoy the facility more and makes it more like home. We do not believe that your dog should be left alone at Metro Paws. Daily routines involve moving the dogs from their designated area to the large park like gym where they can behave like dogs and socialize and then they will also have free open access to the outdoor area and play jump and run freely. Extensive and robust procedures will be in place ensuring a Doggy Day Care that runs effectively and smoothly. We pride ourselves in presenting a clean, healthy and nurturing environment, which makes for a happy Doggy and a happier home life for all. At Metro Paws we are Family and as family we care for your pet by ensuring that they are safe and sound at all times. We will cradle them with LOVE and they will trust us like we trust each other and through this approach we are all FAMILY. Our staff are trained in animal behavior, doggy first aid. Before we can place your doggy with others, we will carry out a full behavioral assessment to ensure the safety of your precious pet, as well as others.

Monty and Louie are off! Our sweet Monty has been a Metro boy from the beginning, always the most gentle cuddliest placid guy, a pleasure to groom, truly the king of daycare. Last year his brother Louie joined his family at 10 years old, and came to daycare like he’d been coming his whole life! Never far from a cuddle (or least smacking us until he got one), Louie bonded with Monty like they were born to be brothers, seeing them snuggled up together in their matching jackets was always a winter highlight.

The boys are off to enjoy their best beach lives now and we will miss them (and their parents) so so much! We will still see them for regular grooming so it’s not forever, just for now 💕🏖️

Happy 4th Birthday Harley!! 4️⃣🥳 Harley is our sweet little tiger dog who is friends with everyone and we mean EVERYONE 💗 She always has a kiss lined up and ready to go, the softest coat in the business, and always starts her day with a huge smile through the fence to let us know she’s arrived! We love our smoochy little pumpkin to bits and we can’t wait for another year of kisses directly to the face (and eyes and nose and mouth) 💋🎉🎂💋

(and a shoutout to Bear on his third birthday too! Bear was my first puppy at MetroPaws and he may be big now but he will always be my tiny boy who sat on my feet and kept them warm on his first day of daycare 💕)

Willow turns three!! 3️⃣🥳 We had a great time celebrating our fluffy pants queen today, she serenaded us with woo’s all day! Willow is a cutie pie supreme and a strong independent woman with a voice to prove it, she’s spent the last year being really brave getting snuggly with the staff for love, being a goofy gorgeous girl, and bringing her friends to school for extra big playtimes! Happy Birthday sweet girl we love you! 🎉🎂☁️

Simba is one year closer to being the Lion King! Happy 2nd Birthday to the biggest goofball at MetroPaws, he’s still convinced he’s a lap dog and will play til he drops! A never ending ball of energy, a blanket thief, a toy king, and friends with everyone, Simba is always a fun time to have at daycare. Can’t wait for another year of giant cuddles and belly rubs ❤️🍰🦁

As always thanks to for another outstanding cake, no one could get enough of this one!

Peanut turns 1!! 🥜🎉🥳 We celebrated inside with some yummy donuts in honour of the teeniest, most playful little sausage 🍩🌭 Peanut is a very fun boy who has been coming since he was just a wee pup and is now friends with everyone big and small, he fits perfectly in the front of a jacket to keep the Aunties warm in winter, and is truly just a very cool guy
