Woo showing her new big brother, Rollo, how fun a spa visit can be.
Woo's partial to a face rub after a bath, whereas Rollo discovered how great the dryer feels.

Yes that fur everywhere is remnants of deshedding! Surprising amount from wee pugs.

When siblings come to visit, they're allowed to roam and chill as they please. Some dogs like the open crate, where others snuggle my feet while they supervise 😆

Always a pleasure with my favourite little puggles ❤️

You see a playful puppy... but to that puppy and me, it's so much more.
It's them learning that my salon is a safe, happy place. It's building a relationship... a rapport that grows with every visit, on a foundation of trust and mutual respect.

Most dogs have many years of grooming visits ahead of them. Why not make it a happy experience? ❣️

Otono was a superstar for her first groom ✨️
At 3 years old, her new owners had no idea how she would react.

With patience and guidance, she discovered a new found love of the deshedding brushes, and that it's not so bad looking at herself while she gets her blow wave 😆

I can absolutely work something out that suits you both... there's no rush here, especially for an older pup who needs a little extra care.

I love seeing the difference it makes for Teddy after each visit. When nails are affecting their walk, a good groom really does change how they move and feel. 🐾

This little one is only 7 months old and already knows she's in safe hands. Three consistent visits of grooming and she's made the salon her happy place. What a delight you are Olive ❤️
