Since 2008, Van den Heuvel dressage is a familiar name in the equestrian sector. Over the years, owner Roy van den Heuvel has developed a sharp eye for future talent and with his team and partner Bianca Koenen, he produces young dressage horses to excellent (sport)performances.

10 years at Van den Heuvel Dressage! ✨

Today we’re celebrating our superstar Anouk Starrenburg 🥳🎉

Since 2015 she has been a vital part of our team as a stable worker & groom, and we couldn’t be happier to have her with us!

Anouk once worked in an office, but through Lisa she made the leap into the horse world. And from that moment on, she never left (thank goodness🙌🏼)

“The best days are never exactly the same. Of course, there are routines, but the little moments, like a horse overcoming something scary or finally nailing something that didn’t work before, that’s what makes it so special. And of course, the cheerful neighs in the morning (yes, probably for food and not for me, but I like to think otherwise 😉).”

“Fun moments with the team are often when we’re working on those bigger tasks that can be a bit stressful at first, but in the end it always turns into something enjoyable – and everyone is happy once everything is finished. The Christmas reel we once made was also a highlight, with plenty of bloopers that still made it into the video”- Anouk
