A dog handler works directly with dogs to support their training, care, and development, while a kennel hand ensures their daily well-being through cleaning, feeding, grooming, and supervision.

📍 Windhoek, Namibia
Barker & Bone Doggy Daycare & Training is hiring!
We’re on the lookout for passionate, hardworking individuals who are eager to grow in the canine care and training industry.
🐶 Your Responsibilities Will Include and is not limited to:
✔️ Maintaining kennel and facility hygiene daily
✔️ Walking dogs (in addition to training sessions)
✔️ Refilling fresh water
✔️ Feeding dogs as per duty board instructions (including medication if needed)
✔️ Grooming dogs
✔️ Inspecting dogs for ticks/fleas on arrival and medical checks
✔️ Supervising and observing dog behavior throughout the shift (7am–7pm)
✔️ Assisting head trainer with any additional duties
✔️ Available weekends and for emergencies
