Fine Gael Councillor Angie Baily has stated that privately run animal welfare rescues in the county need to be considered for funding owing to the work they do in rescuing and rehoming animals.

The puppy is now in a lovely home with a family with plenty of years experience with this breed . We wish them all the best 🥰

This little lady popped in today for a cuddle 🥰she was dumped late last night and she was washed and kept warm and fed for the night . She is now looking for her forever home . She’s a Collie dog so will need plenty of exercise . She is very sweet and like any pup very playful . If anyone is interested you can pm the page . Home checks will be done before rehoming . A secure garden is a must for this little lady .

Great start to August by welcoming some new doggos to the pack! 🐾

Benji is here for his first stay and he’s having so much fun already! He loves playing out in the garden and having a snooze on the couch 🐶

Lost Terrier: This friendly dog is wandering around the village alone again, if they can be claimed by an owner. May be the same dog found a few weeks back.

This dog was found in Listowel on 30.05.2024. This dog will be available for rehoming from 07.06.2024 should the dog not be reclaimed by its owner. Please phone our KCC Dog Shelter on 066 71 83700 Mon to Fri 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.
