We get lots of calls every day from dogs owners looking for help.
Some are vexed, some are exausted and some feel guilty for not doing more sooner ...but we always know , once you picked up the phone and looked for help that makes you a good dog owner that we are happy to work with!
.. unless you think that getting your dogs vocal cords cut is the answer when you are not interested in understanding the emotional reasons behind your dogs behaviour. oh and yes its a guarding breed!! (yes I hung up on that call) and our favourite vet assured us that it is not a legal practice in this country.

Did you know that what your puppy learns in the first four months of their life has a permanent effect on how they view the world as adult dogs? and how they view the world has a direct impact on how they behave. as adult dogs!
The earlier we begin our dogs' training, the better. Puppies are sponges and learn so fast it's crucial that they learn the right things before they develop unwanted behaviours!

Puppy preschool helps you get off to a great start with your new puppy.
Not only will your pup learn essential life skills, but we are also here to help you with toilet training advice and getting your puppy's recall up to scratch with fun recall games.

We also cover basic obedience as well as exploring fun brain games. This is a great way to bond and have fun with your new arrival.

We recommend that puppies get started with fun, gentle training as soon as possible. Ideally, pups should start puppy preschool as soon as possible after they arrive in their new home and be under 16 weeks when they begin the four-week course.

We recommend that you contact us to book your course as soon as possible, preferably before or as soon as you get your puppy.

If you feel your furbaby would benefit from private education, this course is perfect for you; it runs in private sessions, 45 minutes per week for four weeks.

All puppies get a graduation Certificate and Rosette on completion of their course.

🌞 With this perfect dog walking weather, there's nothing better than a nice, relaxed walk, feeling the sun on your face and the fresh air filling your lungs. However, having your dog drag you along, pulling on the leash, and making every step a struggle is no fun for anyone, least of all your dog who might be causing themselves pain or harm by straining on a collar or harness.
Our lead work sessions are designed to help you and your dog walk together in a more relaxed way, enjoying each other's company, without the stress and tension that comes with a pulling dog. By teaching your dog to walk with you, you'll be able to enjoy the beautiful outdoors together, explore new trails, and strengthen your bond, all while keeping your dog happy, healthy, and well-exercised.

πŸ’” It is with great sadness and huge shock we said goodbye to our little Hagrid on Monday night.
He became suddenly very unwell on Saturday, after numerous tests and scans it was found that he had a rare heart cancer which had also spread to his lung.
He was a huge part of our lives and will leave a huge emptyness in our world both personally and as part of the Canine Coaching team.
We thank everyone who had their appointments rescheduled earlier this week.
