Super senior Carrig heading home very happily with her owner. She is a 12 year old girl and took everything in her stride today. She had to have some X-rays and surgery and was such a brave girl. We were delighted to see her up and about in the afternoon and in good form heading home. Get well soon lovely Carrig 🥰.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the fur mums out there 🥰. Hope your day is filled with lots of waggy tails, doggy walks, play and lots of purrs and cuddles. Don’t forget the clocks went forward an hour last night so hopefully not too much confusion about breakfast time this morning ☺️

We had the pleasure of having Little Teddy 💙 in with us for a few days and he was a great little patient. Teddy had been feeling quite poorly and when we ran some bloods, his sodium and potassium levels were abnormal and his cortisol levels were really low. Teddy was diagnosed with Addison’s disease so we needed to hospitalise him on iv fluids and start him on his medication. He was the sweetest little patient and even when feeling poorly he would always give the little tail wag. Was lovely to see him improve and although we loved having him, it was great to get him back home happy and well 🥰.

“Oh no George” a great little book that reminds us that lots of us have little doggies like George, very loveable & very well meaning but who sometimes find it hard to restrain themselves in the eye of a chocolate cake/ a good pot plant/ a cat/ a rubbish bin . George’s owner Harris is very sweet too, he reminds us of lots of super owners who are so patient and full of love for their doggies.

Happy world book day 🥰

We would love to hear what your favourite book is that features animals, let us know ☺️

Our Story

We are a 100% Small Animal Vet Clinic dedicated to the care of cats, dogs & little furries. We are located in the town of Nenagh and we opened up our doors on Valentines Day 2012 :-), when it was just Caroline & Sally on board. The team has gradually grown, with Justine, Rachel and Sonya now part of our team. We always endeavour to improve our facilities, invest in new equipment and broaden our own skills and knowledge to provide the best care we can for the animals that visit us. We provide our own out of hours emergency service for our clients 365 days of the year. The people of Nenagh and surrounding areas have been very good to us since we opened our doors in 2012, every day is so different, some tough days, some very long days and lots of very rewarding days.
