Here’s Roxy, modelling one of our home-made Halloween themed bandanas. 😍
Vet Aine has been hard at work with the sewing machine again, and there are some lovely, colourful bandanas at our front desk.
Stocks are limited so call in before we run out 🙈

We’ve added some additions to our Pets waiting room. 📚📺
We have a cute little bookshelf full of animal themed books to keep any children busy while they are waiting to see the vet.📚
We have also installed a tv screen that shows lots of short, informative videos about your pet’s health. 🐾
We try and make sure that you never have long to wait, but for the short time that you do, we hope these small additions help you and yours pass the time 🤞🤞

We’ve had an influx of rabbits lately here at Summerhill Vets, in Nenagh 🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇
Some were in to be neutered while others were a little under the weather. ☔️
Thankfully, all went home happy and healthy. ☺️
The red bandage on the rabbits ear is to keep the catheter in place. Unlike dogs, where the IV catheter is placed in the leg, rabbits have a nice vein on their ear that allows easy access. As you can see, they don’t mind it at all ☺️☺️

Stop 4 becoming more was the order of the day 😜
Neutering your cats is a no-brainer. Cats can breed up to 5 times each year, with an average of 6 kittens each time. Very quickly, it can go from some, to many to lots 🙈🙈
