We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes, despite your best intentions, you may not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment. However, missed appointments can disrupt our operations and prevent other customers from accessing our services.

To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following policy:

1. Definition: A 'no-show' is defined as a customer who misses an appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Consequences: If a customer does not show up for their scheduled appointment, they will be required to pay a fee equivalent to 20% of the cost of the missed appointment before they can schedule another one.

3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the no-show fee.
