Paws and Whiskers Pet Services I have downsized the business. I am now doing pet sitting in the pets own home 😊💜🐾 Hi, my name is Evelyn Holland. How lucky am I !!!

I have always been an animal lover and having had two dogs of my own was never happy about putting them into kennels when I went away. I was lucky that I had a large number of people who were happy to mind them for me either in their or my house. I recognised a growing need for a home from home pet sitting environment. Working with animals was always a dream and I worked in animal welfare for a nu

mber of years where I gained invaluable experience in animal care, welfare and handling. I have experience with sick and elderly pets and those on medication. Working for myself with animals has also been a dream so setting up my own business has been very exciting. I get to spend my days with Cats and Dogs :-)
I do still work with some rescues fostering for them which also gives me a great sense of satisfaction.

With the hot weather upon us, it is so important to remember that the heat is dangerous for your dog!

It's important to remember the signs of heatstroke, it is fatal to dogs. To keep them safe, familiarise yourself with the symptoms and know what to do in the event of it happening.

Please do not hold your child's communion or confirmation at a greyhound track. Dogs have been drugged, shot, battered and found dumped on waste land, exported to China and Pakistan where there is no animal welfare laws.
