Met Éireann has issued a heat warning this week and our pets need extra care! 🌡️🔥

Here are some tips to keep them cool & safe:

🚫 Avoid walks during the hottest part of the day (11am – 4pm)
💧 Make sure they have plenty of fresh water
🌳 Give them access to shade or a cool indoor spot
🚗 NEVER leave pets in a parked car – even for a short time
😰 Watch for signs of heatstroke:
‣ Excessive panting
‣ Drooling
‣ Lethargy
‣ Vomiting
🧊 Bonus: Try frozen pet-safe treats or let them lie on a damp towel to cool down!
