Beginner obedienceโ€ฆ

I am super excited to announce the next round of beginner obedience group classes!

There is 5 weeks of learning, and on week 6, everyone will complete a mini-assessment for the chance to win a certificate, rosette, and a place on the next course!

You will also get a training pack to kickstart your training journey ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Content Covered:
- correct and incorrect socialisation
- marker discrimination
- sit and down with duration
- working amongst distractions
- recall
- lead walking
- co-operative play
- vet handling
- middle
- leave / drop cue

But seriously - when training dogs, itโ€™s all about finding something they actually care about. Some dogs love a toy, others a sock, some food, and a few (like Monty) will take anything because they just love to workโ€ฆ and love picking up things they probably shouldnโ€™t!

The key part? Make sure your reward means something to your dog. Think of it like a pay increase for hard work - if it mattered to you, youโ€™d go for it too ๐Ÿ˜Œ
